Rebecca, Ying & Me went shopping at this oriental food specialists ->
SeeWoo. Well, it's just Ying & Me who did the shopping, as Rebecca was just doing us a favour by driving us there. We managed to fill up the whole trolley just within 30minutes. I tend to buy so many things without realizing that I don't really cook, err don't know how to cook to be exact!
Just seeing all the Made-in-Malaysia stuff forced me to buy them all without further thinking.  Impulse buying is badddd!
p/s: This has now become our monthly activity together

Away-day @ Ross Priory, Loch Lomond
|
|
The second research away-day of the year for the department (Oct 2007). Went there by the minibus provided by the department and we were divided into small groups for discussion etc..stayed there until dinner. Nice place, nice view, confusing but beneficial discussion.

When I arrived in the UK in 2005, it was just a month before Eid, and now, it's my third time celebrating Eid here!. Oh my, time flies. But anyway, this year was a wee bit different as I'm celebrating it in Glasgow with new friends, new surroundings. Meriah tetap meriah with all the foods etc. Makan jelah kejenya...

Addressed to the uni, I was so happy when the receptionist downstairs brought the big boxes to me. One from my family and one from MrFiance & family. It was like receiving Christmas presents and everyone in the research studio was waiting for me to open it. Haha. Alhamdulillah segalanya lepas even it was written as food/cookies in front of the parcels whereas I heard stories that the government does not allow foods to be posted any longer but until now, it seems okay. Lucky me. Few of my friends told me that their parcels were rejected by the post office in Msia because it contains food. Oh my..
Anyway, it took 5 days for the two parcels to arrive safely and I'm one happy lady!

Pizza Hut lunch buffet with Aeni

Lama dah tak makan kat Pizza Hut. So, lepas jalan-jalan, we went to Pizza Hut for lunch. Ada tiga jenis pizza yang included dalam buffet tu yang suitable for vegetarian. So, puas hatilah makan tanpa henti.
